1. Scope of Work & Estimates

All online estimates generated through our price calculator represent approximate ranges. Final project pricing is determined upon physical on-site inspection of the concrete substrate, moisture testing, and square-footage measurement.

2. Surface Preparation Standards

Soares Epoxy Flooring adheres to ICRI (International Concrete Repair Institute) standards for mechanical diamond grinding. Concrete must be cleared of personal items prior to the scheduled installation date.

3. Warranty Terms

Our residential 12-month warranty covers peeling, blistering, and delamination resulting from material or application failure when maintained under normal residential conditions as outlined in the formal warranty certificate.
