We use 600-lb planetary diamond grinders connected to HEPA dustless extractors to open the concrete pores to a CSP 2 profile, removing all old sealers and surface contaminants.
Crack Stitching & Slab Restoration
All cracks, divots, and pitting are chased and injected with high-strength structural polymer modified mortar. We level the entire slab so the final finish is 100% seamless.
Deep-Penetrating Base Coat
We apply an ultra-penetrating 100% solids epoxy moisture vapor barrier primer that wicks deep into the concrete capillaries, creating an unbreakable molecular root system.
High-Build Protective Intermediate Coat
We apply high-solids pigmented base coats and traction media to build maximum mil thickness, ensuring a uniform foundation and superior impact resistance.
